Returns and Damaged Items

At WearVelocity.com we believe our products are the best in the world! So naturally we stand behind everything we sell. If for some reason you are not satisfied with the quality of your product please return the unused item in its original packaging for a full refund, less shipping. Please note: All clearance items, closeouts, special orders and specially noted merchandise are non-returnable.

We ship all of our products in the original manufacturers packaging. On occasion shipping damage may occur. Please inspect all items when received to make sure that no concealed shipping damage has occurred. If any damage has occurred, we must be contacted within 24 hours of the receipt of your goods in order for us to file a claim with the delivery company.
